From Rte. 1 South:

Go under underpass and take first left onto Cushing Street. Take the first left (again) onto Oak Street then left again onto Union Street. Take the second right onto Rte. 1 North.

Go right on Maine Street. Take first left onto Mason Street. Take first left (again) onto Water Street. The Center is located in the second block on the right.
